We provide a very easy to use CSV upload feature. This is, by default, only accessibly by the Head of Customer Success. This data will come from your financial systems. We provide a data dictionary, which should be sent to your finance team that can run a standard query.
The account Admin has access to these controls and selects a currency for the account. Once set, this is realistically permanent.
We recommend doing it monthly, or less often. When you start with Subrise, we work with you to do one initial upload for the next 12-month of renewals, or the remaining part of the fiscal calendar year.
