Improved GTM Planner + New PR Database

Table of Contents

Today’s updates are all about helping marketing teams move faster with better structure, clearer visibility, and stronger execution workflows.

Improved GTM Planner

We’ve rolled out a meaningful refresh to the GTM Planner, with improvements across the overall experience, a more effective campaign planning workflow, and a stronger analytics summary to help teams quickly understand what’s in motion and where attention is needed. The result is a planning environment that feels more actionable for product marketing teams managing multiple launches, content streams, and cross-functional timelines.

New PR Database

We also introduced a brand-new PR Database inside Marketing Tools. It gives teams a dedicated place to manage media contacts, track outreach context over time, and maintain a cleaner press CRM with CSV import/export support and note history for each contact.

Together, these updates make it easier to connect strategy to execution — from planning campaigns and understanding GTM activity at a glance, to organizing the external relationships that help amplify launches in market.
